MINDFUL JOURNALING
A YOGA CLASS FOR THE MIND
Journaling is a great way to download what is on your mind and check in with yourself. It’s an opportunity to allow the myriad of thoughts, worries and feelings to find their way to the pages. If you make it a practise, it’s a wonderful way to meet yourself where you are and make sense of what is going on in your life. It’s also a great way to spark and unblock creativity.
Keeping a mindful journal is an amazing wellbeing tool.
However, it can be just as hard as committing to running, eating healthier and creating other good, new habits. Be inspired to find a way that works for you.
The sessions blend meditation, breath work and journaling and are open for both beginners and experienced writers.
Our regular Mindful Journaling sessions are online Wednesdays 7.30 pm.

This workshop also works as an introduction to the Good Life Designed curriculum, a 6-part process for personal development created by former President of IKEA North America, + Global HR Officer Pernille Spiers-Lopez that gives individuals the tools to reach their fullest potential.
