SLOW FLOW + RESTORATIVE
"There is no rush just time" This quote is close to my heart and is the foundation of all my yoga classes, which aim to calm the mind and nourish the body. Gentle and slow yoga or more dynamic vinyasa yoga. All classes will have a strong emphasis on breathing/Pranayama and a long calming Savasana/corpse pose at the end.
Live-Streaming classes on Zoom will be back in the autumn.
